Cardio Boxing and Kick

Cardio Boxing and Kick Conditioning:  A 30 minute class designed to target aerobic, strength, balance, agility, stamina, hand eye coordination, and total body conditioning through Olympic Style Boxing Training. This is NOT a fight club, rather for all levels of fitness ranging from beginner to intermediate to advanced levels who are looking to have fun.
 
Lunch & Crunch: 25 minutes of express core and body blast. Designed to get you in and out during your lunch break, making you feel fulfilled and focused with energy to finish the rest of the day. You compliment dinner with a fine wine, why not compliment your workout with the recommended meal replacement (drink or bar) or supplement. Hence the name = Lunch & Crunch.
 
Butts N' Gutts: A 30 minute high intensity session with focus on sculpting, shaping, and toning your glutes, quads, hammies, and core. Meant to isolate, flatten that stomach, and tighten that butt, so let's get ready to show off what you have worked so hard for.
 
Complete Core: 30 minutes of core isolation, strengthening, and cardio intense exercises that are specifically designed to target the midsection.
 
Outdoor Fitness: A 45 minute training session that brings fitness and nature together. Get your sweat on outside.
