YOUTH FITNESS FUN
This fitness class for kids will get them moving! The primary focus is to have fun through group fitness activities that will incorporate skill, strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiorespiratory endurance. This is a good foundation for playing sports, or just living a healthy lifestyle!
